MBD Solutions (“MBDS”) was founded in 2013 by Brent Barton and Robert Jones to advise and provide managing broker-dealer services for alternative asset managers. Brent and Robert worked together as a team for over ten years and through their broad experience and vast network built MBDS as a way for asset managers to successfully bring their investment offerings to market. As the business grew, sales and capital raise solutions were added as a way to provide turn-key service to their clients. During this time MBDS helped launch 30 programs, totaling over $3 billion in equity.
